Hey guys, just wanna say great job on the podcast. Just started eve and was hooked on listenin, managed to get through all of "season 2" in about 4 and a half days haha!
Just wondering if you could give a little advice about PvP on your show.
PvP has kind of an "elitist" label due to other games, where if you dont have the best loot there's no point even showing up. Would you be able to give some advice on when you can start moving into nullsec? I mean, whats the best time so you dont just get blown up with no chance at all?
Thanks for reading, and carry on the good work.
*PS only 70days until I can fly my own stealth bomber with fittings :)

Hey Guys,
I've only been playing EVE for a couple of months now. Finding your podcast was a fluke, but I liked it enough to download every episode I could. I listen to it during my daily commutes. I have come to the end of the old stuff. I now find myself waiting in anticipation for the next instalment.
As a casual gamer, your news/events updates & discussions help to immerse my game play into EVE lore (for the lack of a better word). Honestly, I would never take the time to drudgingly go through all the forums and blogs to keep up to date and so, you guys allow me to spend more time flying and enjoying the game.
As a noob, a lot of the stuff you discuss still goes way over my head. I do however quite enjoy the banter you two got going on. It makes the podcast that much more interesting. I just wish I could sit down and share one of those cold ones.
I am disappointed however with the coverage of FanFest. Even though I really enjoyed the reports and interviews, I do think you guys should’ve been more professional and gone to more sessions and gotten more interviews, both from CCP staff and the players.
That being said, had I been able to attend FanFest and was the host of a podcast, there is no way in hell I would’ve bothered with doing half the stuff you guys did, let alone being sober enough to be able to anything remotely interesting.
I guess what I’m trying to say is: Good job with the podcast, both out of and at FanFest. I think you two had a blast out there. I envy you.
Keep it up and I’ll keep listening.
A shout out to my corp mates in the new corp Company of Villains.
Thanks guys

On the topic of DUST 514, I have a very strong hunch it will be for one console only (with CCPs ties, the obvious one seems to be the 360), and will never be ported to the PC.
Why?
Cross platform gaming is a must, given what CCP has said of the game- you can't be battling across the same environment on different consoles; that defeats the purpose of tying EVE's universe directly with DUST. Because Microsoft has already proven that cross platform gaming has been incredibly difficult, especially for a FPS game that requires very low latency times, I highly doubt we'll see DUST for the PC (or maybe even the PS3).

Hey are you guys ok? Did ya make it back from FanFest?
I love the podcast, you guys are a huge reason why I kept playing EvE. You've helped make the game and the mechanics make sense to me and at the very least not seem so daunting. Great job Great laughs Great Info. I am a total EvE Podcast junkie now and listen to all the EvE podcasts I can find. Thanks for your recommendations of the other podcasts as well.
Keep up the good work.
